Job Responsibilities

Administer financial systems for IDEX enterprise.

• Serve as technical expert for OneStream. Update and maintain:

• The corporate consolidation system used across 100+ GL locations with user base in excess of 300 employees across the globe

• OneStream metadata

• OneStream business rules

• Workflows and user security

• Cube Views and templates used for data entry

• OneStream and Excel QuickView reporting

• Commercial data mappings between the data warehouse and OneStream

• Trial balance mappings between source systems and OneStream

• Account Reconciliations module

• Application Control Manager (ACM) module

• User training documentation

• Serve as technical expert for Archer. Update and maintain:

• All needs as related to internal audit

• All needs as related to Environmental Health and Safety group

• All needs as related to the Compliance group

• Serve as technical expert for UP Enterprise. Update and maintain:

• All necessary documentation and security needs

• Help promote user adoption

• Communicate effectively with other Financial Systems team members, particularly in identifying and executing OneStream project plans

• Ability to understand and translate business needs into OneStream deliverables

• Contribute to OneStream improvements and development projects as necessary

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

• 2-3 years Finance/Accounting/Systems experience required

• OneStream/Hyperion or similar CPM system experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products

• Experience writing VB.Net or other programming languages a plus

• OneStream/Hyperion field Super User experience a plus

• ERP experience a plus

• MBA and/or CPA a plus

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $72,600.00 - $108,800.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
