We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team. The FP&A Manager will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and leadership skills, capable of guiding the organization's financial decisions through data-driven insights.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepares and consolidates financial statements in accordance with US-GAAP and IDEX corporate requirements.

  • Ensures that financial statements are prepared according to US-GAAP. Serves as principal contact and advisor to internal customers and supports preparation of monthly financial statements and related GAAP adjustments.

  • Possesses strong cost accounting knowledge with appropriate experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Performs ad hoc reporting to support Senior Leadership Team

  • Serves as lead for OneStream. Trains all new OneStream users the business unit. Conducts on-site and remote training as needed to keep users informed of changes to OneStream reporting requirements. Serves as primary point of contact with the IDEX accounting function on OneStream and other financial reporting issues.

  • Is a key player in the coordination and preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP process owner)

  • Responsible for all Annual Operating plan roll-ups, consolidations and schedules

  • Coordinate the monthly forecast with multiple organizations

  • Coordinate the weekly Orders, Sales, PBIT, EBITDA and cash forecast

  • Manages the Monthly Management Reporting

  • Assists internal and external auditors by providing schedules, reports, and analyses in response to inquiries during their performance of interim and annual audits.

  • Leads SOX internal control testing, monitoring, and implementation.

  • Analyzes monthly EOZ inventory schedules and adjustments from a forward looking perspective.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Advanced degree or professional certification is highly preferred.

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles, with a focus on strategic financial decision report.

  • Previous experience in team management and leadership roles

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.

  • US-GAAP statements and corporate annual reports SEC reporting a plus.

  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations which affect financial reporting and record keeping is required.

  • Should have working knowledge of Sarbanes/Oxley, have excellent communication and organization skills and must be a team player.

  • Demonstrates a strong attention to detail while meeting strict deadlines.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational skills.

  • Demonstrates cross-functional expertise and the ability to thrive in a highly complex environment with multiple locations.

  • Ability to work independently and with a team.

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Previous experience with OneStream is highly desired.

  • Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
